“Booked a double room with sofa as we were 2 friends travelling so 1 could sleep on the sofa as we had in other places on our journey. Rang to confirm & the landline was dead. My friend found a mobile & called speaking to the owner who said he’d speak to the staff & sort then call us back to confirm. He didn’t. “Clean room but leaking shower, otherwise not too bad for our two nts stay. The bathroom sink was miniature.Never met the reception people so can’t comment on that however, the cleaning fellow was helpful. Location was fine”

Might have been nice to have a kettle, though the kitchen facilities were quite adequate, just that it was pouring with rain both nights and a kettle in the van would have helped. Overall good value for money and convenient to Kalgoorlie.”

“Staff at check in was lovely, in room amenities exceptional, complimentary wine and snacks lovely (though it was 2am when we arrived so did not partake) The airport transfer meeting place was ambiguous and could have been simplified by using airport signage as reference - eg the pick up location is actually Pick Up area E at terminal 3. Easier to find and more accurate than the vague 'pickup at terminal 3-4'. Everything else was great.”
